I have grown to really love fresh fruit in this weight loss journey of mine. There was a time in my life when I hated fruit! I really love the Paradise Point from Tropical Smoothie Café but their food is really high in Weight Watchers points! Here is an easy smoothie recipe to make at home that is zero Weight Watchers Points and of course it tastes irresistible!
Ingredients
- Banana
- Strawberries
- Pineapple
Supplies
I love making smoothies because they are so easy! Place the banana, strawberries and pineapple in a blender such as the Nuri-Bullet and blend until the consistency is smooth and free of any fruit chunks. Seriously. That’s it.

It was so good and so simple…totally don’t need all that extra stuff other smothie recipes call for…I added some ice to mine…I just started weight watchers and this will be the perfect thing to pair with my egg in the morning 😘😘

They say you have to count the points now when the fruit is in a smoothie ???
I don’t count them even though the new program says this.
I entered this into the WW recipe calculator and it is showing 11 smart points! The website says that if fruits and vegetables are part of a beverage, then the smart points are counted.
The points have to be counted when blended into a smoothie or juice and drank. So actually very high in points to be consuming daily.
