4. Be Realistic!

5. Schedule time if you need to.

6. Keep Appointments.

7. Give yourself limits and boundaries.

8. Get the to-do list done but enjoy life. It won’t happen again. When today ends, it’s history.

9. Take that serious look off your face. Really. This isn’t that serious. We’ll all get through it.
