Yesterday was a pretty good day, points wise. I didn’t go overboard and I wasn’t all that hungry in between meals. Here’s my journal:
Typically, on Monday nights my husband and I go out to eat for All You Can Eat Sushi. I really wanted to but I knew I would blow my points for the entire week. I was a little pissed off that I had to “settle” with Subway but I had to stop and think about the long term effects vs. the short term pleasure.
I find that I’m taking longer to make decisions lately about food. I guess that’s a good thing? As long as they are good decisions! LOL.
We had Skinny Dip after dinner, which is a local Frozen Yogurt shop. I love it because all their FroYo is Weight Watchers friendly and it feels like you are going out for icecream! Woo Hoo!
We even got Chuy a Doggie Dip to go! It’s dog friendly FroYo with doggie treats on top. Too cute!
Today, I made Turkey Chili Taco Soup in the crock pot from SkinnyTaste.com. Even my husband loved it and he hates chili! We are going to make cheese enchiladas tonight and top them with the “chili” to mix it up a bit.
I haven’t cooked this much in my entire life!! LOL
