I had another great day of staying on my points target. Can I get a Woo Hoo!!!
I definitely need to incorporate more fruits/vegetable into my daily diet but one thing at a time. Just getting back into gear is a big step on it’s own.
I used to be able to tell the points of ANYTHING! I feel like I’m relearning everything all over. It’s eye opening how many points certain foods are!! Geesh!
I took my own advice from Monday’s Food Journal and reduced the points at Subway. Yay! I was a scanning fool in there, checking the points on all the chips LOL! The Garden Salsa Sunchips that I used to eat all the time are 5 points! No thanks…totally not worth it. I’d rather use those points for icing! ha-ha
Well, on to finish up some other blogging projects and figure out what’s for dinner tonight!
