Yesterday was the first full day I have journaled in a very long time! I forgot just how much I NEED to do this, every single day. My goal for 2012 (among many others) is to keep journaling no matter what.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE my Weight Watchers app on my phone! I can track ALL of my food on the go. I’ve been a scanning freak, scanning all food in sight! It’s soooo cool and so easy to stay on track!

Right now, I get 34 daily Weight Watchers Points. I did go over by 4 points, but I used my weekly points to cover my overage. I figure this first week, it’s ok if I go over by a few points while I adjust to measuring and weighing again. That’s what they are there for, right?

Weight Watchers Food Journal

I’m proud of myself for starting over. This isn’t the most stellar day but you have to start somewhere. Yay!

I had not gone grocery shopping yet, so that’s why my meals look a little funky. Yes, I had left over Chinese for Breakfast! LOL. However, we went for a major grocery haul last night and now my kitchen is stocked with tons of healthy foods!

But seriously, $140 for this?!? Geeshhhh!!!!! BUT, eating healthy is totally worth it!

Bottled Water is a Must for Moi!
I need to work on my daily water intake. I hadn’t gone to the store yet to get bottled water. I have water on my fridge, but for some reason, I tend to get my waters in when I have it bottled. I seem them as a reminder. What ever works, I’ll keep doing.

Subway Points Plus Discovery
I found out that Monterrey Cheddar at Subway has 2 points per serving versus American, which is just 1. I’m also giving up the Flatbread and trading it for bread, which will save an additional point.

Must Practice Portion Control!
For Dinner, I had 3 slices of homemade pizza, which I only should have had 2. I find that it’s hard for me to wrap up food and put it away for tomorrow. I need to find a work around for that.
