I know I’ve been slacking with posting my Weight Watchers journals for the past week. I apologize. I definitely need to be more accountable. However, I have been journaling in my Weight Watchers tracker.

I will admit I’m still struggling with this on the weekends. I am going to work on actively tracking on the weekends no matter what I eat! Why is that so hard for me and easier on the weekdays?

Yesterday was my Mom’s birthday, so we had sushi together for dinner. I over did the rolls but it was fun and I’m not regretting it. That’s what my 49 weekly points are for. I’m not going to feel guilty about it!


Back on track today. No need to ruin the rest of the week, right?


OMG, so I joined a gym last week. I haven’t belonged to a gym in years since I used to go to Bally’s (back in the day!). For the first time in awhile, I’ve actually really been enjoying working out and I look forward to MY time. Wow…can’t believe I said that!!!

Well, tonight is my first personal training session. I’m a little nervous . . . but excited! I’ll share more in tomorrow’s blog!
