You say you want to lose weight. You tell yourself that once you lose the weight, then you can do those things you’ve been holding off on. You think that losing your weight will automatically give you the confidence to go after your big, scary goals.
You think losing weight is all you need to do to feel sexy and irresistible in your own skin. You think weight loss is the missing key to this magical life that everyone else seems to have. You think weight loss is the key to doing those things you love; boating, swimming, horseback riding, wearing a swimsuit, wearing cute clothes, building a biz, etc. Even having children.
Except, it’s not. It would be irresponsible of me to tell you it’s ok to keep playing small. That everything is going to be ok and that you don’t need to change.
