I started to notice myself in a rut of sorts. I realized I stopped prioritizing my goals and dreams. You can’t wish for your life to change. You can’t wish for your body to change …for the weight to magically come off. When you’re on the yo-yo diet/body hate shame cycle, the only thing you think about is your future body. You attach all the things you want to your future goal weight. You invest time planning for a future version of yourself without a real strategy. Without a real plan. Without prioritizing what you want. It’s all wishful thinking and that’s just going to keep you stuck on the yo-yo diet hamster wheel. When is the last time you slowed down, stopped, and actually created a vision for the life you want. A life with goals and dreams that are not just about weight loss. This podcast episode is about taking a step back to slow down and get to know you and what YOU want. I’ll also share some tips on how to keep your goals top of mind on the daily!
