Goal For Next Week
My first “major” goal with this weight loss journey is to get back to ONEderland and NEVER again get myself in the 200+ range.
To not get overwhelmed with the amount of weight I’ve had to lose, I break it out into “decades” like 240’s, 230’s, 220’s, 210’s, 200’s, etc. I’ve been in the 210’s for long time now and I’m ready to get the hell out! My goal for next week is to get as close to 210 as possible. Once I’m in the 210’s, ONEderland will be so close I can almost touch it!
Create an Action Plan for Weight Loss Success
I’ve mentioned before that I’ve been doing the personal coaching with Weight Watchers. Let me tell you, I LOVE my coach! I get reminders from her throughout the week and each Monday we set up an action plan together. What I love about the coaching is that they don’t just talk about food and exercise. Weight Watchers understands that a large part of this journey is emotional and mental.
Here’s a snippet of my action plan that we created on Monday. Yes, I actually build in “Aimee time” where I meditate, meal plan, and reflect on my goals and what I need out of this journey. Chuy, my Chihuahua, also keeps me accountable by reminding me to get outside and get moving! Walking with him is my favorite type of exercise!
