I woke up today with pre weigh-in jitters. I still get nervous at times that I won’t see any movement on the scale OR I’ll see it moving upwards. I had a great week but went out to dinner last night and didn’t know the points value. I suppose that is why I felt like I was going to ruin my hard work all week. Silly, silly Mimi!
The reality is I went out for Thai food for the first time with my LB (Ladybug). It was yummy! I later found out the points and it really isn’t bad but not the best choice. We did split the dishes though . . .hahaha!

| Shrimp Pad Thai . . . 9 Points per Cup! Yikes! |

| Crab Fried Rice . . . 8 Points per Cup. Steamed Next Time! |
So, to the point of the post. Drumroll, please . . .
I am down 1.6 lbs this week! Woo Hoo! I am thrilled! The weight is steadily coming off week by week. I can finally see a tiny flicker of light at my goal. I have never been able to say that before!
The 170’s are coming very, very soon! Yay!

when did you start WW? I lost 3.5 pounds the first week and then I fell right off that wagon, haha. maybe I should get back on… good luck to you! are you doing an exercise plan with it?
I have started and stopped so many times in my life. I really got back on track and decided this is the “last” time, in June 2009. I do work out, but I am not always consistent. You can do it, just get back on track. Weight Watchers is the best way to lose weight. It works 🙂
I TOTALLY understand the yo-yo syndrome!
Feel free to contact me with any questions you might have!
