I lost again this week! Yay! Here are the results:
Not quite a whole pound, but I’ll take it considering, I didn’t follow plan perfectly. I didn’t get my work-outs in, I didn’t journal consistently, and I didn’t plan my meals for the week.
It’s a gentle reminder that I HAVE to get really focused and back on track this week. I have a goal to be at 179 by April 5th because that is when I start the Zerona treatments. That is part of the package I won at the bridal show. I’ll have to blog about that soon 🙂
Goals This Week:
- 30 Day Shred or No More Trouble Zone workouts in the mornings (at least 5 times/week)
- Daily walks with Chuy (my Chihuahua)
- Journal EVERYTHING!!!
- Go to the grocery store Sunday and plan out my meals for the week so I am prepared.
- Water, Water, Water
- NO Icing!
I am ready. Seriously, as I sit here eating Shrimp Egg Fu Yung. LOL – It is THE healthiest, low-point Chinese option. 8 points total! Thank you very much!

My heart breaks for your sister. I have five children and have been alone most of my parenting life. She is so blessed to have family. It’s so important. She is lucky to have a sister that loves her too.
