I’m feeling like things are starting to head in the right directions and my head is back in the game. Today will be the fourth day in a row that I do the 30 Day Shred. I’m sore but it feels good because that means my body is changing.
I’ve been eating really well and tracking/measuring everything! I know that we are going out to dinner for Valentine’s Day and I won’t really be able to accurately track the points, so I’m trying not to use up my weekly points allowance until then. I’m still going to track my meal as accurately as possible. Better than nothing, right?

Nothing really changed this week which considering how the past two weeks went, I’ll take that as a win!

There aren’t any drastic changes this week that I can see but I’m hoping for better results next week when I’m a week and half into the Shred.
