Welcome to Wedding Wednesday! This weeks topic is all about Inspiration Boards.
Do you use them? Have you tried it?
What is an Inspiration Board?
Remember the collages you created as a child? Well, an inspiration board is just like that but in a more sophisticated, grown up type of way! It’s a collection of your ideas and inspiration for your wedding (or even other projects) that helps you visualize the day. Think of it as taking your random thoughts and putting them on paper, so to speak.
How do I create an Inspiration Board?
You can create them one of two ways:
1. Online, using images and graphics from websites or pics you’ve taken. There are lots of websites that help you create your board (s).
2. Offline, using a real bulletin board to pin pictures, words, fabric swatches, etc.
Where can I find resources?
I have gathered some of my favorite wedding websites for creating inspiration boards. They are so fun to make.  Keep them somewhere as a constant reminder of what you want! You can print out the boards and put them on a bulletin board or even use them as wallpaper on your computer. Get creative!

Don’t underestimate using photo sharing sites either! Sites like Photobucket.com allow you to upload pics and create collages. I create a lot of my own from these sites. Have fun with it. Be inspired cupcake!
Here are some of my favs from Project Wedding.
