Part of being an Irresistible Woman is living a healthy lifestyle. This doesn’t mean you have to be a size 2 ( I’m far from it!), but it does mean making good choices.
Over the past few years, there are healthy habits I’ve adopted and made part of my lifestyle. I may not be at my goal weight yet. However, I am proud that I have stuck to these habits.
1. Water – I know you’ve heard it a million times. Drink lots of water! Well, my friends, it’s true! I drink 100 ounces of water per day. I know that’s more than the recommended average but it does help flush out your system and assist with weight loss. Plus, it’s great for your skin! Hello!! Double Advantage!
2. Diet Soda – I used to drink sugary, calorie infested Coke all the time! I don’t even know how many a day. I started drinking Diet years ago and I love it. I actually can’t stand the taste of real soda. I refuse to totally give up my soda intake. If you are the same, that’s ok. Just ask for diet instead. You are saving hundreds of calories!!! Even when I’m at the club, it’s Bacardi n Diet for me!
3. Low Fat Kitchen – I refuse to bring certain foods into my home. I know that they will kill my diet routine and I’m too weak to refuse them (if their convenient!). Shop smart and only bring fat-free or reduced fat items. I’m also a fan of Skim Milk, Egg Beaters, etc. It really does make a difference. Do NOT stock your pantry with garbage foods.
4. Eat Breakfast! – Again, this isn’t the first time you’ve heard it. I eat breakfast every single morning. If I skip it, I will end up pigging out later in the day because my appetite turns into a wild animal. And don’t just eat toast. You will be starved. A breakfast with protein is the way to go.

5. Plan – Just like the old adage, “Fail to plan and plan to fail.” From personal experience, that is true. The weeks that I plan out my meals and cook ahead, I am very successful. When you wait until hunger takes over your body, you could careless about measuring and eating healthy. Nor, will a salad satisfy you. Even if it’s a rough draft of the meals you want to cook, it will help you stay on track.

Eat every 2-3 hours. The goal is to eat before you are actually starving. Try it. It works.
