Happy Sunday! How is your weekend going? Mine has been pretty chill and I’m perfectly content with that these days.
Today I woke up to a rainy day outside my window. People sometimes think I’m odd because I actually LOVE rainy days! There is something therapeutic about the sound of rain tapping on my window. The calmness of the world outside. The way everything looks so still and silent. Add a little thunder and I’m in heaven!
Even Chuy Chihuahua just wants to cuddle and help me catch up on blogging!

Rainy days inspire my creativity. Or they give me an excuse to curl up in a ball and read the books I keep putting on hold. Rainy days say “it’s ok to stay under the covers and be a book worm today!”

People are always chanting “rain, rain go away.” If you learned to embrace a rainy day once in awhile think of all the positive goodness that could come from it. After all, you can’t have a rainbow without a little rain . . .
