I didn’t want to wake up this morning when the alarm when off at 6am. Ugh.

I was cold but my bed was warm. I was perfectly comfy. I got up anyways. I’d say having a workout buddy is 99% of why I still got up. It really does keep you accountable!

We started Week 5 of the Couch to 5K program today. There were three 5 minute jogging intervals. I wanted to die. Each and every time. It sucked. It hurt.

BUT….

We did it! I’m so proud of us for pushing through it. When it starts to hurt like hell, push through it. No matter what. When it hurts the most is when most people start to give up. Don’t. You can do it!
