Wow, I’m over due for an update on here! I’ve actually kept up with the Couch to 5K program! Yay! We are on week 8 which is the last week of the program. The 5K is this Saturday!!! I’m nervous and excited!
I am feeling so much better physically and mentally. I’ve been eating really good without killing myself. Does that make sense? lol
I’ve also let myself be ok with the fact that this is all a process. This is 30 years of undoing behaviors It is not going to change in just one year. It’s not even necessarily going to change with one “diet” or the first, second, or fifth time you decide to start over. As long as you keep chipping away, you’ll get there.
