“Do I need to lose weight to feel confident?”
Oh LAWD. This is a loaded question and the answer isn’t a simple yes or no. I swear I recorded this episode almost 20 times. I knew what I wanted to say but the words coming out of my mouth just weren’t articulating what’s on my heart.
