I shared with you in this blog post that my 37th birthday was this past Monday. I’ve never felt as balanced, happy, and irresistible than I do right now. This hasn’t always been the case. I feel better than I did at 27…and definitely WAY better than at 17.

How is that?

SECRET: I did an incredible amount of work on myself that didn’t include dieting, exercising, and obsessing over weight. Sure, eating right and incorporating an active lifestyle IS part of my routine. But, I discovered that there’s more to it than just weight. I developed a system that works.

I created a foundation that keeps me grounded on those days where I’d rather eat hot pink icing in the bathtub.
