What is a Fascinator?
By definition, A fascinator is a headpiece, a style of millinery. They are also called a cocktail hat and are typically worn to formal occasions like a wedding.

Many of the guests at the Royal Wedding will be decked out with a Fascinator. These totally remind me of Carrie Bradshaw a la Sex and the City! It’s probably why I adore them 🙂

Besides the Royal Wedding of course! I was thinking they would look fab at a Kentucky Derby party. A spin off on the big Derby hats.
