After the excessive weekend and Monday I had, I’m determined today to stay within my points range of 31. I don’t know why I’m struggling so much this time around. Is it because I don’t have a huge wedding to prep for? Is it because there isn’t a big vacay awaiting me at the end? It’s funny how we are supposed to make this a lifestyle change but the hope of those big events keeps us motivated.

I’m still feeling angry with myself for gaining all the weight back that I worked so hard to get off in the first place. I have to get over that and just push through this. I want this so bad. How do you get through the hardest hurdle; yourself?

So, did I achieve my goal?

Breakfast – 8 Points

♥ 1/4 cup Egg Beaters – 1 point

♥ 1 Laughing Cow Cheese (mixed with the egg beaters) – 1 point

♥ 1 Morning Star “Burger” (I’m all out of the Morning Star sausage) – 3 points

♥ Banana mixed with a little peanut butter for a mid-morning snack – 3 points

Lunch – 10 Points

♥ Smart Ones – Creamy Rigatoni with Broccoli & Chicken – 7 points

♥ Peanut Butter – Afternoon Snack – 3 points

Dinner

♥ 6 inch roasted chicken sub from Subway with pepper jack cheese/sweet onion sauce – 9 points

♥ Baked Lays – 3 points

Desert

♥ Banana – 0 points

Continue to stay within my points range AND walk at least 30 minutes! Will I do it? Come back and find out!

I am proud that I stayed on plan today. I am determined and ready to get back to not just how I looked but how I felt a year ago. I was kicking ass and I know I can do it again. Thanks for reading and cheering me on! You guys are the BEST!
