I have been feeling quite uninspired lately not just in weight loss, but in life. I think a lot of it was coming from the nonstop circus in the past week where I haven’t had a break or time. This past weekend was awesome, but it wasn’t relaxing. My daughter had her first cheer competition weekend, which was so much fun but was busy, loud, and overstimulating. What do you do when you feel uninspired and want to crawl into a ball and hibernate? I’m sharing some tips in this podcast that just might help you get a glimmer of inspiration back in your life!

  1. Acknowledge the lull
  2.  Motivation ebbs and flows
  3. Act as if you feel motivated. Fake it til ya make it!

  5. Change your environment and change your state.
