I FINALLY went back to my Monday night Weight Watcher’s meeting this week.


Holy sh**, did I need that! Talk about a reality check and a big ol’ bitch slap in the face!!!!!! I am up almost 3 lbs. That is why I am a die hard believer in these meetings. If only, I followed my own advice!!!


I will be posting my weekly weigh-ins on my blog for all the world to see. It helps keep me accountable and my hope is I can help others out there going through the same thing. It’s not easy but it’s possible. So, here it is, no cheating people. This is my real sticker from my Weight Watcher’s book:

I’ve actually lost close to 40 lbs but my WW tracker does not include all of it because of when I started. Just a little disclaimer in case your wondering!

So, this week I am back to journaling (ALL) my food, drinking lots of water, taking vitamins, cutting out the fast-food (sigh), and laying off the icing, my biggest weakness. You best believe I bought a can of icing on Sunday night and devoured about half of that baby!


If only I could wake up early to get my exercise on, I would be good to go. I HATE the mornings and do not want to wake up any earlier than I already have to. Ughh!


I WILL get back to my Jillian Michaels workouts soon. I promise. They kick my A$$ and really are effective.
