Hi there! In my post over at Irresistible Pets, I mentioned my recent technology issues. I have been having the craziest computer and phone issues for the past few weeks which is why I missed posting last week’s weekly weigh in. I’m back with this week’s weigh in and a little discussion about the "weight loss safe zone.” When I stepped on the scale this morning, I was down another 1.9lbs! Woo Hoo!
Here are my current stats:
- Current Weight: 206.9
- Total Weight Lost: 38.1 lbs
I’m now in what I like to call the weight loss “safe zone.” You are probably wondering what in the world that means!
What is the Weight Loss Safe Zone?
Your weight will fluctuate throughout the day and even during the week. This is why I only weigh myself once per week and at the same time/same scale every single week. You usually will weigh more at night than you do in the morning. I always talk about losing weight in "decades." Today, I weighed in at 206.9 lbs which means I’m WAY out of the 210 decade. Chances are if I stepped on a scale tonight, I’d still be under that 210 mark. THAT is what I call the safe zone! Does that make sense?
Almost to ONEderland!
I think I’m really close to meeting my first goal of getting to ONEderland. I’m heading to Orlando in a few weeks for a business trip and I want to be at least 199 by that time. I’m confident that if I keep hustling I’ll be there!
