I’m here today with a quick weigh in Wednesday post. Over the past week I was still trying to get in the swing of things from my trip to BlogPaws. I did lose .3 lb from last week so I’m officially a loser again! Woo Hoo!

Weight Watchers Weekly Weigh In

I’m pretty happy with that considering a few things last week:

  • I used every single one of my weekly points. It’s great to have these but I find when I dip into them I don’t have an Earth shattering week . . . but a small loss is way better than a gain!
  • I didn’t get any workouts in last week because my feet were still swollen and covered in blisters. Gross, I know. However, I’m ready to get back in the groove!
  • It’s just about that time of month and I always struggle with weight loss around this time.

My goals this week are to refrain from using the weeklies and to get some activity points in there! So, that’s all folks. How did your week go?
