I’m so excited share this week’s weigh in with you! Every Wednesday morning I weigh myself and track the progress in my Weight Watchers app. Let’s jump right into the results!

Wednesday Weigh In Results

My goal for this week was to get the hell out of the 240’s. I couldn’t even believe I had gained that much weight! I’m ESTATIC to let you know the 240’s are gone FOREVER!

Do you hear me? FOREVER!!!!!!

I lost 2.8 lbs this week, which brings my current weight to 238.5.

Weekly Weigh In

That also puts me at my “first” 5 lbs which means I also lose 1 point from my daily allowance. I didn’t expect to be this happy about it since I’ve gained and lost this same weight more times than I can count. BUT, I think it feels different because I know that the progress is all because of me, not because of some diet pill or in preparation of ONE event. It’s for ME and only me for life!

So far with getting back in touch with weekly weigh ins, I’m down a total of 6.5 lbs. It feels good to track this again and know that I’m in control of the process. I don’t notice the difference yet . . . probably because I gained back so much that it’s going to take some time before I feel it in my clothes again and that’s ok.

My Next Goal

My next mini goal is to get down to 235 and ultimately out of the 230’s all together. I plan on working out extra hard this week and trying not to use my weekly points (which I used ALL of this past week). Next week, I’m going to Vegas for a blogger conference. I need to come up with a game plan before I leave because I’ll be damned if I gain any of this back! If you have any tips for staying on plan out of town, I’d love to hear them.
