Monday Motivation – Do it Today!

This is one of my favorite Buddha quotes. It’s also something I’ve had have to constantly remind myself. When I focus on one day at a time, I’m much more focused, my head is clear, and I’m not overwhelmed. It’s a lot easier like that!!! Especially when it comes to weight loss, just focus on today, eating the right things and today’s workout. Not tomorrow’s or next week. You do need to do some planning but live in the NOW. When you take weight loss one day at a time, before you know it, it becomes second nature and it’s a habit.

Each morning is your chance to do something amazing. Live in the NOW, which is today. Not tomorrow. Not next month and it sure as hell isn’t spending time thinking about the past!
