My day ended with me using 45 points. I know, FAIL. BUT, I told you guys I would stay honest and work through this. I am just so damn hungry ALL the time. I hate it. How do you stay strong and not give in? I know I’ve done it before but it just seems sooo hard this time. I need to keep reading my book, It’s Not about Food: End Your Obsession with Food and Weight
. It’s a great read for anyone that has struggled with emotional/binge eating. I’m really learning a lot about myself.
Breakfast
♥ Smart Ones Breakfast Quesadilla – 6 Points
Lunch – 10 Points
I like to add protein to the Smart Ones that do not include any sort of meat. It really helps get through the afternoon. Today, I added a morning star “burger” for 3 points.
♥ Smart Ones Pasta with Ricotta and Spinach – 7 Points
♥ Morning Star Grillers Original – 3 Points
Dinner – 10 Points
♥ I made the exact same thing I had for lunch. See above!
Snacks – 19 Points
Clearly, the snacks are where I am failing miserably. I’ve got to get a better grip on this. I can’t have another negative points day!
♥ Luigi’s Strawberry Italian Ice - 3 points
♥ I found myself starving after dinner. My husband ended up getting himself something from Burger King and I asked for a Tendergrill Sandwich. Well, that set me back 13 points. Geesh.
♥ For desert, even though I was in the negative, I had a banana for 0 points with peanut butter for 3 points. It was yummy!
Tomorrow, I will . . .
Stay within my points range of 31.

When I feel hungry, I drink more water and add more high volume low cal vegetables to my food intake! Lots of large salads and roasted vegetables help with the hunger!
Great tips.
I doubled up on the water today. It really does help. I need to get better with my veges. It’s always been a challenge for me. Thanks for stopping by!
